Richard began his career with John Deere dealer Farol Limited in 2014 as a Parts Advisor, progressing to Agricultural Salesman in 2018 and becoming Group Harvest Sales Manager in 2023.

His later roles involved managing customers’ funding requirements, sparking a strong interest in finance.

In 2024, Richard became a Director of Tackle Finance Limited, trading as Heet Finance, and now focuses on growing his brokerage business across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
